Once you have decided to make the move to Tenerife and are ready to buy property here there are a number of services that we offer which will prove useful.

Inspection Visits

While you can do a certain amount of house hunting on the internet like finding properties within your budget and narrowing down your selection to apartments or villas that best meet your requirements you certainly should not decide to purchase a property without first visiting it.

Property Selection

Though we have a wide and growing range of property for sale in Tenerife showcased on this website, there are always others that have not yet made it onto our online database. You are welcome to send us specific requirements by email and we will follow up by selecting a number of properties that best meet your criteria.

Banking in Tenerife

You will most probably need to open a Spanish bank account in order to facilitate your property purchase. We can advise you on the best bank in Tenerife to serve your particular needs and will even go with you to the local branch to help you with the documentation required in setting up a bank account.

NIE´s and Residencias

Though strictly speaking those from the UK and other European member countries are no longer required to obtain a residencia card, it is still advisable to do so. With your residencia many administrative and fiscal processes are made much easier. The NIE and NIF which is the sdame number used for identity, social security and tax is a must. Applying for it is straightforward and we will accompany you to the Los Cristianos police station to help you do so.

Legal and Administrative Services

You will need the services of a lawyer during the property purchase but we will draw up all legal documents and perform several of the administrative services on your behalf. This will save you time and money on lawyer´s fees.

Postal Box

Unless you are living in Tenerife fulltime, you might find it convenient to use our postal address service. Utility bills, community fees, rates and other important official documents should be attended to as soon as possible and with us keeping an eye on your incoming mail you can be sure no important bills will be left unpaid.

Translations

You will be astonished by the amount of paperwork you are inundated with in Tenerife and it is almost all in Spanish. You will need documents translated during the property purchase and most likely throughout your stay in Tenerife. We are happy to offer an excellent translation service.
